Prior to founding Jenson Knight in 2016, Amar co-founded & helped grow an IT Recruitment firm, personally launching & scaling a successful international IT/Cloud Infrastructure & Cyber Security division.
With over 21 years’ experience of recruiting & headhunting top talent around the world, he is as passionate about the recruiting industry and Tech sector as the day he started as a young grad (albeit with much less hair and more wrinkles!).
He believes in building relationships first over any financial gain, which was the main reason he decided to step away from the corporate environment to running his own business – allowing him to focus on nurturing solid relationships rather than treating each candidate or client as simply a number or arbitrary KPI to hit!
